I've purchased from this vendor three times. They have excellent customer service skills and really make a customer feel as if they're the most important person in the world. They retain information so I can ask them about sizes and colors I've purchased in the past and they have it at their fingertips. While I don't know if they have options for faster or slower shipment, I think they have reasonable fees and I always get my merchandise quickly. At one time, I ordered an item that was direct shipped from the vendor and had questioned the delivery time. On their own, the vendor emailed me the updated information to assure me the item wouldn't be delayed. Again, just a great store that I would recommend to others and intend to purchase from again. I can get similar items from local stores, but I like to give my dollars to a outfit that works hard to deliver excellent products while providing excellent customer service.
